Crack Chicken Calzone

Delicious, flakey crust stuffed with our creamy ranch Crack Chicken, cooked to golden brown perfection.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
Beehive Meals Crack Chicken
1/2Pillsbury Doughboy Pizza Crust
3/4 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 TbspButter, melted
1 TbspShredded Parmesan Cheese
1 TbspFresh Parsley, chopped
To TasteGarlic Salt


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Crack Chicken.

Step 2:

Lay out pizza dough on lightly greased cooking sheet. Evenly spread Beehive Meals Crack Chicken in the very center of the dough. You'll want to spread it out just as you would a burrito, leaving plenty of room all around to tuck and fold without the fillings spilling out. Evenly spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top of chicken. 

Step 3:

Next, fold and roll just about how you would a burrito, and tuck the sides under the calzone. 

In a small, microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Once butter is melted, add shredded parmesan cheese and fresh parsley and stir until combined. Evenly spread mixture over top of calzone, then sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. 

Step 4:

Bake in oven at 425 for about 12-14 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven and slice. Serve with a side salad and some fresh fruit, and enjoy!
