1 cup | Pasta |
1 and 1/2 cups | Low Sodium Beef Broth |
1/2 cup | Heavy Cream or Half n' Half |
1/8 tsp | Taco Seasoning |
1/4 cup | Sliced Red Bell Peppers |
1/4 cup | Sliced Green Bell Peppers |
1/4 cup | Sliced Yellow Onion |
1/4 cup | Shredded Pepperjack Cheese |
Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook steak from our Steak Fajitas.
Step 2:
In a large pot, cook pasta, beef broth, heavy cream, red enchilada sauce and pepper over high heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is cooked all the way and most of the liquid is absorbed.
About 5 minutes before cooking is finished, add red and green bell peppers, and onions. Stir until combined and cook for 5 minutes until veggies are softened.
Step 3:
Add Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas and shredded pepperjack cheese and stir to combine.
Step 4:
Top with fresh cilantro, limes, and jalapenos. Serve, and enjoy!
