A savory and creamy pasta cooked with our Steak Fajitas. A simple and delicious pasta dish that everyone will love.
|1 1/3 cups||Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas|
|1 and 1/2 cups||Low Sodium Beef Broth|
|1/2 cup||Heavy Cream or Half n' Half|
|1/8 tsp||Taco Seasoning|
|1/4 cup||Sliced Red Bell Peppers|
|1/4 cup||Sliced Green Bell Peppers|
|1/4 cup||Sliced Yellow Onion|
|1/4 cup||Shredded Pepperjack Cheese|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook steak from our Steak Fajitas.
In a large pot, cook pasta, beef broth, heavy cream, red enchilada sauce and pepper over high heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is cooked all the way and most of the liquid is absorbed.
About 5 minutes before cooking is finished, add red and green bell peppers, and onions. Stir until combined and cook for 5 minutes until veggies are softened.
Add Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas and shredded pepperjack cheese and stir to combine.
Top with fresh cilantro, limes, and jalapenos. Serve, and enjoy!
