|1/2 cup (122g)||Egg Whites|
|1/4 cup (60g)||Healthy Homemade Chipotle Mayo|
|1 cup (112g)||Mozzarella Cheese, shredded|
|2 Tbsp (3g)||Fresh Cilantro, chopped|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Steak Fajitas.
In a large saute pan, add egg whites (61g) and place tortilla (71g) on top. Cover with lid and cook until egg whites and tortilla releases from pan and easily spins when twisted. Flip. Evenly spread 1 Tbsp (15g) of Healthy Homemade Chipotle Mayo on one half of eggs. Add Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas (172g) on top of sauce, and add 1/4 cup (28g) mozzarella cheese. Fold tortilla in half to make a quesadilla. Then evenly spread 1 more Tbsp (15g) of the healthy homemade chipotle mayo on top of folded quesadilla, and spread 1/4 cup (28g) of mozzarella cheese. Cover with lid and cook until cheese is melted. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve 1 quesadilla pizza (391g) per person.
