1/4 cup (56g)Pico de Gallo
1/2 cup (56g)Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup (60g)Guacamole
1/4 cup (60g)Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado Dressing

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Steak Fajitas.

Step 2:

In a large bowl combine 2 cups (113g) romaine lettuce, Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas (172g), 1/4 cup (65g) black beans, 1/4 cup (28g) colby jack cheese, 2 Tbsp (28g) pico de gallo, 2 Tbsp (30g) guacamole, and 2 Tbsp (30g) Bolthouse cilantro avocado dressing. Garnish with chopped cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice.

Serve 1 salad (466g) per person.
