Steak Fajita Sandwich

Steak fajitas and peppers sandwiched between light and airy hoagie buns and a flavorful, healthy chipotle mayo.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/2 cups
steak/peppers (236g) + sauce (108g)
Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas
2 (152g)Hoagie Rolls
1/4 cup (60g)Healthy Homemade Chipotle Mayo
2 (38g)Pepperjack Cheese, slices


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Steak Fajitas.

Step 2:

Broil hoagie bun (76g) in oven until lightly toasted. Add 2 Tbsp (30g) of Healthy Homemade Chipotle Mayo on the inside of one of the buns of each sandwich. Fill each bun with Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas (172g) and top with 1 slice (19g) pepperjack cheese. 

Serve 1 sandwich (297g) per person.
