Our Secret to Surviving Summer Sports

Our Secret to Surviving Summer Sports

The World Cup is finally here, and if your summer calendar looks anything like ours, you're probably wondering how you're supposed to keep everyone fed between practices, games, tournaments, and family vacations.

As a busy soccer mom with two boys on the field, a daughter in gymnastics, and a husband who coaches, summer doesn't exactly feel slower around our house. It's just a different kind of busy than fall and winter.

The school-year routines disappear and suddenly every evening is spent driving from one activity to the next. Some nights we're cheering from the sidelines, other nights we're squeezing in dinner between practices, and every weekend seems to involve packing up for another tournament.

That's why we've been leaning on Beehive Meals even heavier this summer.

On our busiest days, our classic slow cooker meals are still our go-to. I can start dinner in the morning and know we'll come home to a hot meal after a long evening at the fields.

When we have a little more time and want to enjoy the warm weather, we've been firing up our new Flat Top Meals and grilling boxes. They've become a fun way to get outside, cook together, and still have dinner on the table without spending hours prepping ingredients.

The reality is that summer activities create enough chaos on their own. Dinner doesn't need to add to it.

Whether you're following every World Cup match, spending your evenings at the soccer complex, or simply trying to make the most of summer with your family, we're here to help make mealtime one less thing to worry about.

Here's to a summer full of great games, unforgettable memories, and a whole lot less stress around dinner.
