Our delicious Chicken and Stuffing stuffed and baked in bell peppers.

chicken (196g) + sauce (330g)
|Beehive Meals Chicken and Stuffing|
|1/2 cup (50g)||White Rice, cooked|
|1/4 cup (28g)||Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|2 (200g)||Bell Peppers|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Chicken and Stuffing.
In a large bowl, combine Beehive Meals Chicken and Stuffing, cooked white rice, and part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add 1 1/2 cups Chicken and Stuffing mixture (330g) to each hollowed out pepper.
Place in baking dish and cover with tinfoil. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove tinfoil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
Serve 1 pepper (394g) per person, and enjoy!
