Chicken Lo Mein
Tender chicken breast tossed in a savory-sweet lo mein sauce made with coconut aminos, garlic, and warm five spice, balanced with a hint of honey and spice for an easy, flavor-packed dinner.

Meal Variations
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Approximately 8-10 minutes to cook
Approximately 20-25 minutes to cook
1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
2. Cook spaghetti noodles (included) in boiling water for 9-11 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Preheat flat top to medium heat and coat with desired amount of neutral oil.
4. Drain excess water off Lo Mein Vegetables (included). On one side of your flat top, add vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender.
5. On the other side of your flat top, add chicken and discard excess marinade. Cook chicken until cooked through, flipping periodically.
6. Toss cooked noodles, vegetables and chicken all together an coat with sauce (included).
Spaghetti Noodles (side)
1. Cook spaghetti noodles in boiling water for 9-11 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Once chicken and vegetables are cooked, toss noodles in with them and add sauce.
Lo Mein Vegetables (side)
1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
2. Drain excess water off of Lo Mein Vegetables. On one side of your heated flat top, add desired amount of neutral oil to flat top. Add vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender.
3. Once chicken and noodles are cooked, toss vegetables in with them and add sauce.

2. Toss cooked noodles, vegetables and chicken all together and coat with sauce.
