Egg Roll in a Bowl
Savory ground beef sautéed with onions and classic egg roll-inspired seasoning, served with a fresh cabbage blend on the side for a simple, flavorful dinner.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Approximately 8-10 minutes to cook
Approximately 10-12 minutes to cook
1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
2. Preheat flat top to medium heat and coat with desired amount of neutral oil. Remove ground beef from bag.
3. Cook beef on one side of flat top, spreading evenly and breaking apart until cooked through. Once beef is cooked through, mix in frozen cabbage blend (included) and cook until just warm.
4. Move cooked beef and cabbage to the cooler side of the flat top and toss with sauce (included)
Cabbage Blend (side)
1. Cook from frozen, do not defrost ahead of time.
2. Once beef is cooked through, toss in cabbage blend and cook until just warm.
3. Move cooked beef and cabbage to the cooler side of the flat top and toss with sauce (included)
Sauce (side)
