Meal Variations
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Approximately 8-10 minutes to cook
Approximately 6-8 minutes to cook
1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
2. Empty contents into a medium sized bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined. Divide ground beef mixture into equal portions (about 146 grams each), and roll each into a ball.
3. Preheat flat top to medium heat and coat with a small amount of neutral oil.
4. On one side of the flat top, place each ground beef ball on flat top and flatten/smash to desired patty thickness. Cook, then flip to cook remaining side through. Add onions on the other side and cook until translucent.
4. Once cooked, top the patties with grilled onions and cheese (included). Let sit until cheese melts (using a dome).
Onion (side)
1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
2. Preheat your flat top to medium heat and coat with desired amount of neutral oil.
3. Drain excess water from onions.
4. Cook onions on one side of the flat top, until tender and slightly translucent.
5. Top cooked ground beef patty with grilled onions.
Cheese (side)
1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
2. Sprinkle cheese over cooked patty melt. Allow cheese to melt before serving. Using a dome helps trap heat and melt cheese.
Serving Suggestion: Serve inside a hamburger bun, topped with your favorite dressings.
