Approximately 10-12 minutes to cook

1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.

2. Remove sliced beef from packaging and pull apart the beef to avoid clumped meat when seasoning and cooking. If you find pieces with larger bits of fat you can pull it off at this time, however, keep in mind that the fat in the beef adds flavor during the cooking process.

3. Using the spice blend (included), season beef and let rest for 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid from onions (included).

4. Preheat flat top to medium heat and coat with a small amount of neutral oil.

5. Spread beef out evenly on the flat top to cook through. Add onions on the other side and cook until translucent. Toss until both are finished cooking.
