Pork Carnitas Power Bowl

Recipe and Ingredients

2 cups
pork (208g) + sauce (162g)
Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas
1 cup (158g)White Rice, cooked
1 Tbsp (1.5g)Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup (130g)Black Beans
1 cup (56g)Lettuce, finely chopped
1/2 cup (56g)Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (71g)Corn
1/4 cup (56g)Pico de Gallo


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Pork Carnitas.

Step 2:

In a bowl place 1/2 cup (79g) cooked white rice, Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas (185g), 1/2 Tbsp (<1g) cilantro, 1/4 cup (65g) black beans, 1/2 cup (28g) lettuce, 1/4 cup (28g) mexican blend cheese, 1/4 cup (35g) corn, and 2 Tbsp (28g) pico de gallo.

Serve 1 bowl (449g) per person.
