Each nominee goes through a detailed process that highlights their career achievements, educational background, volunteer involvement, and community impact—and Aubrey is the epitome of what this award stands for.
Since joining Beehive Meals more than four years ago, Aubrey has been instrumental in helping us grow from a small, local idea into a thriving business that now serves thousands of families across Utah. As Director of Operations, she’s the glue that holds everything together—overseeing our production, logistics, warehouse teams, and daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her leadership is felt in every corner of the company.
When reflecting on this recognition, Aubrey shared:
