Subscription Policy

At Beehive Meals, our goal is to make meal prep easier, more convenient, and more affordable for busy families. Our subscription program provides flexibility, savings, and the convenience of having delicious, home-cooked meals delivered directly to your door.

By enrolling in a Beehive Meals subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Overview

Beehive Meals subscriptions allow customers to receive recurring meal deliveries based on their selected delivery schedule. Subscriptions automatically renew and continue until paused or canceled by the customer or terminated by Beehive Meals.

Customers can customize their subscription, including menu selections, portion sizes, delivery frequency, and upcoming orders, subject to product availability and applicable ordering deadlines.

There is no minimum subscription commitment unless expressly stated as part of a specific promotional offer.

2. Subscription Savings

Active Beehive Meals subscribers receive 10% off eligible recurring meal orders as a benefit of their subscription.

The subscription discount applies to eligible products and does not apply to shipping charges, taxes, or other fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotional Discounts and Offers

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and special offers generally apply only to the first subscription order unless expressly stated otherwise. After the initial discounted order, subsequent recurring orders will be charged at the then-current subscription pricing, including the standard 10% subscriber discount on eligible products.

Beehive Meals reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue subscription discounts, benefits, and promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law, required notice, and any expressly stated promotional terms.

Promotional discounts may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

3. Subscription Pricing and Price Adjustments

Product prices, shipping rates, and other applicable charges are subject to change, including for existing subscriptions.

Beehive Meals reserves the right to increase, decrease, or otherwise modify pricing for subscription products, menu selections, portion sizes, shipping, handling, and other applicable charges based on operational costs, ingredient costs, carrier rates, market conditions, or other business considerations.

Subscription enrollment does not guarantee a fixed product price, shipping rate, or total order amount for future deliveries, even if a customer has previously received the same products at a different price.

Any applicable price adjustments will apply prospectively to future orders and will not retroactively affect orders that have already been processed.

When required by applicable law, Beehive Meals will provide advance notice of material pricing changes and obtain any required consent before charging the updated amount.

Customers may review their upcoming order pricing through their account and may cancel, pause, skip, or reschedule future orders before the applicable processing deadline if they do not wish to continue at the updated pricing.

4. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize Beehive Meals to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders according to your chosen subscription schedule.

Each recurring charge may include the cost of selected meals, applicable shipping and handling charges, taxes, and other disclosed fees, less any eligible discounts.

The amount charged may vary between orders based on product selections, current pricing, shipping rates, applicable taxes, discounts, and other adjustments.

Your subscription will continue to renew automatically unless you cancel or pause it before the applicable order processing deadline.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid and current payment method. If a payment fails, Beehive Meals may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment information, delay fulfillment, or suspend the subscription until payment is successfully completed.

5. Upcoming Order Reminders

As a courtesy, Beehive Meals sends subscribers an email reminder approximately three days before their scheduled recurring billing date.

This reminder is intended to provide customers with an opportunity to review their upcoming order, explore available menu selections, and make any desired subscription changes.

Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and reviewing their upcoming orders.

While Beehive Meals makes reasonable efforts to deliver subscription reminders, email delivery may be affected by spam filters, technical issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Failure to receive or review a reminder does not automatically cancel, pause, or postpone a scheduled order or payment, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Additional renewal notices will be provided when required by applicable law.

6. Managing, Pausing, or Canceling Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account at beehivemeals.com.

Available subscription management options include:

• Changing upcoming menu selections and portion sizes

• Updating delivery frequency or future order dates

• Skipping an upcoming delivery

• Pausing recurring deliveries

• Resuming a paused subscription

• Updating payment or shipping information

• Canceling your subscription

There are no cancellation penalties or fees for ending a standard subscription.

Subscription changes must be completed before the applicable order processing deadline to affect an upcoming order.

Once an order has been billed or entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Canceling or pausing a subscription prevents future recurring orders but does not automatically cancel, refund, or modify an order that has already been processed.

7. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Subscription orders are subject to Beehive Meals' standard order processing, fulfillment, and shipping procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated based on applicable rates and may vary depending on delivery location, order size, shipping method, carrier charges, and other factors.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Beehive Meals reserves the right to adjust fulfillment schedules, shipping methods, and available delivery areas as operational needs require.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and delivery information are accurate and updated before an order is processed.

8. Product Availability and Menu Changes

Beehive Meals offers rotating menus, and individual recipes, products, ingredients, and portion sizes may change over time.

Specific meals are not guaranteed to remain available for future subscription orders.

If a selected meal becomes unavailable, Beehive Meals may contact the customer, offer an alternative, or adjust the order as appropriate. Any material substitution or adjustment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the customer's authorization.

Beehive Meals reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, menus, and subscription offerings.

9. Refunds and Cancellations of Processed Orders

Because Beehive Meals products are perishable food items prepared and shipped according to scheduled orders, orders that have already been processed may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds, credits, replacements, and other remedies are subject to Beehive Meals' applicable refund and shipping policies and any rights provided by law.

Customers experiencing missing, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory deliveries should contact Beehive Meals Customer Support for assistance.

Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Changes to Subscription Terms

Beehive Meals reserves the right to modify its subscription program, including pricing, shipping rates, discount structures, available products, delivery schedules, subscription features, and these terms.

Changes will apply prospectively, and Beehive Meals will provide notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law.

If a customer does not agree to updated subscription terms, they may cancel their subscription before the changes take effect or before their next applicable billing deadline.

Continued participation in the subscription program following a validly implemented change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
