By registering for and participating in the Beehive Meals Meal Prep Challenge (the “Challenge”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Challenge begins January 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. MT and ends February 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT. Participation is free and open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is required to participate; however, certain Challenge activities may reference or involve Beehive Meals products. Points are awarded at the sole discretion of Beehive Meals based on timely completion of Challenge activities, including but not limited to webinar attendance, weekly check-ins, meal plan submissions, and photo submissions, as outlined on the Challenge landing page and associated communications. All submissions must be original and completed by the participant. Late, incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified. Participants grant Beehive Meals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use submitted content (including photos and testimonials) for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Final rankings and prize winners will be determined based on total points earned during the Challenge period. In the event of a tie, Beehive Meals reserves the right to apply predetermined tie-breaking criteria or award prizes at its discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted, and are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Beehive Meals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge, adjust point values, or disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that undermines the integrity of the Challenge. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Beehive Meals, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Challenge or acceptance or use of any prize.
