Taco Hash

A hearty taco-inspired hash with seasoned ground beef, crispy potatoes, sautéed onions, and melty cheddar and mozzarella

Meal Variations

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Approximately 15-20 minutes to cook

1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.

2. Massage ground beef in package to incorporate spices throughout.

3. Preheat flat top to medium heat and coat with desired amount of neutral oil.

4. Cook ground beef on one side of the flat top, breaking apart and tossing, until golden brown.

5. Cook hash browns (included) on one side of the flat top, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

6. Toss cooked ground beef and hash browns together. Reduce heat to prevent overcooking. Top with cheese (included) and let melt.

Serving Suggestion: Serve as is topped with sour cream and salsa.

Hash Browns (side)

1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking. 

2. Drain excess liquid from Hash Browns before cooking.

3. Cook Hash Browns on one side of flat top, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

4. Combine with cooked ground beef according to the Taco Hash (included) instructions.

Cheese (side)

1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking. 

2. Sprinkle cheese over cooked Taco Hash ground beef and hash browns. Allow ot melt before serving. Using a dome can help trp the heat and melt cheese faster.

4. Cook ground beef on skilletp, breaking apart and tossing, until golden brown. Remove cooked ground beef from skillet and set aside.

5. Cook hash browns (included) on skillet, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

6. Toss cooked ground beef and hash browns together. Reduce heat to prevent overcooking. Top with cheese (included) and let melt.

Serving Suggestion: Serve as is topped with sour cream and salsa.
