This past weekend, we had the incredible privilege of hosting a truly memorable "Field of Dreams" night for families involved in foster care. In collaboration with Utah Foster Care, the Salt Lake Bees, Show Up Utah (led by First Lady Abby Cox), and One Big Family, we welcomed over 300 guests to Smith’s Ballpark in Salt Lake City for an evening filled with joy and community spirit.
The event began with a meaningful service project, where families and volunteers came together to assemble transition kits for youth aging out of foster care. This initiative was a heartfelt way to support and empower young individuals as they take their next steps in life.
As the sun set, the field was opened up for families to create unforgettable memories. From batting practice to playing catch, wiffleball, and yard games, the evening was filled with laughter, fun, and the pure joy of being together on the iconic playing field.
