Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla

Cheesy quesadillas packed with protein and filled with our delicious and comforting Philly Cheesesteaks.


Recipe and Ingredients

2 cups
meat (208g) + peppers/onions (80g) + sauce (186g)
Beehive Meals Philly Cheesesteak
2 cups (200g)Egg Whites
2 (140g)Large Tortillas
1 cup (112g)Low-Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup (62g)
Organic Nacho Cheese


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions for Philly Cheesesteak.

Step 2:

In a large, lightly greased saute pan, add egg whites, then place tortilla on top and cook over medium heat. When egg whites release from pan and you can twist the tortilla with the egg whites, you know it is ready. Flip, then cover one half with 1 cup (218g) of Beehive Meals Philly Cheesesteak. Spread 2 Tablespoons (31g) of organic nacho cheese on the inside and top with 1/2 cup (56g) of low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 3:

Cook until lightly golden brown on each side, then serve and enjoy!
